Product images are for presentation purposes. Price, availability, colour, package contents, delivery cost and timing are confirmed before ordering. No payment is taken on this website; a WhatsApp message alone does not constitute a confirmed order.
Forms and WhatsApp
Opening WhatsApp from a product or basket page creates an enquiry record with product codes, options, quantities and enquiry type. The basket page cannot read your phone number. An administrator can manually link the number and name from the WhatsApp conversation to the enquiry. When the official WhatsApp integration is active, the enquiry reference in your message is matched; the sender's phone number and, if available, WhatsApp profile name are stored with your enquiry history in the admin panel. No account registration or extra form is required. The full message and unrelated conversations are not stored in this matching record. If the integration is not active, phone numbers and profile names are not added automatically. An enquiry reference may be added to the WhatsApp message; you decide whether to send it. Creating a record does not confirm an order. The details you enter are added to the draft message opened in WhatsApp. When you open WhatsApp, that service's privacy terms apply. Do not enter identity documents or payment card details in the forms.
Enquiry basket
Product codes and quantities in your basket are stored in this device's browser. They are not transferred automatically to other devices. Current catalogue details are checked when the basket opens and when a WhatsApp enquiry is prepared. This check does not create an order or reserve products. Text in the additional information field is not saved permanently with the basket; it is only added to your WhatsApp message. You send the message after opening WhatsApp.
Cookies and external services
No advertising pixel is used. With your permission, product views, product-link clicks, option selections and basket additions are measured on the site. A temporary random code is used for the daily browser session; these measurement records do not store names, phone numbers, IP addresses, full referrer URLs or message notes. Visit sources are classified only as Google, Instagram, Facebook, direct or other. Your measurement preference is saved in your browser; declining does not affect shopping functions. Measurement is disabled for Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Fonts may load through Google Fonts; hosting and external services may process technical data such as IP addresses during connection. Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and WhatsApp links open the respective external service.
